Also, the options your thinking of, except for condoms and spermicide condoms, tend to do one thing or another to testosterone as they use chemicals to decrease the production of sperm. At least on the male side. women have a wider array of non-permanent birth control options from a physical insert to pills and injections. so really it's not something others can advise you on. only thing you can do is to search what the pros and cons of each is before making an informed guess.
