Loved the aerial shot of the sunset over the ghost gums. Beautiful colours. Awesome soundtrack, little tip; if your cooking something new in the camp oven, and your unsure. Always just put heat ontop, and nothing on the bottom, especially if your not using a trivet. Love the trivet. You can really slow cook some good food. Ie: Lamb shanks and mash. Geez there good on a cool night. Looking forward to the next episode. Cheers Mark...

Good recipe, you can add things like bacon, carrot and garlic. We make is similar dish at home using the microwave. I highly recommend sour cream instead of ordinary cream. We FINALLY hit the road tomorrow for a couple of weeks. Been hanging out for this for soooooo long.

We completed the Holland Track mid October 2020. Wonderful drive, fantastic flowers, beautiful woodlands, great fun. But why all the toilet paper and wet wipes at camping spots!! Surely you can carry out, burn or at least bury the toilet paper/wet wipes. And the beer cans littering the camping spots - REALLY.
