Raw, loud, heavy driving base, that searing repeated riff and blood curdling vocals... no frills, just pure head banging rock at its finest. Saxon are the best at what they do.

This was and still is NWOBHM at it's best. SAXON, PRIEST, MAIDEN. May they metal for ever. \m/

Please, share more about that experience. I was born in ‘89 and only discovered Saxon when I was 14. I’ve seen them many times now in the UK where I’m from, but I want to know more about those years. I was born in the wrong decade for sure lol!

FB post to Randy Schreiber- [Dec.7.2018] “Yea bro! AKA: JAPANESE FLY-DAY! HA! Also the 17th anniversary of my Death Notice [metastasisized cancer diagnosis this date 2001] i.e. metastasisized pharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma] from my Oncologist, Dr. Hosam Kader, MD, who had just advised me to "PUT MY AFFAIRS IN ORDER" as the BC Cancer Agency board denied me chemotherapy as I was deemed a de facto DEAD MAN WALKING, so to speak. he then gave me a 50//50 chance of living another 6 months. I replied "you see this red facsimile of a blood red Flanders poppy on my chest that I wear every damn day of the year Doc? Be advised, with respect, I wear as sacred Reverence to my grandfather [Guardian Angel] whom I never met in the flesh, Dr, Earnest Whitehouse, MD, passed on to the other side, 6 years prior to my IMMACULATE MISCONSEPTION circa 1956, at Dallas Road beach on the very Southern-most tip of The Great Spirit's [Mrs. God; Mother Nature; The Creator] paradisical Vancouver Ilsand . My bio-progenitor, Dr. Whitehouse,MD, decorated by 3 different countries for his steadfast service in the the young men's blood-drenched medical dugouts, whereat his then drinking buddy was a righteous brother doctor, Dr. John McRea,MD, with whom he would share a wee dram of Courvousier and a pipe of tobacco or cigar as 100 billion Flanders poppies exploded all over the vast Vimy Ridge escarpment as far as the human eye could purvey! LEST WE FORGET! I then advised the Life Saver physician, Dr. Kader, MD, that was not the first time Death had called my name, nor would it be the last as I just been released from 5 years of no sunlight/fresh air/visits [registered with Amnesty International as a Political Prisoner of Conscience] in the S.H.U. [Secret Hell Unit - for men only]' that, I am off to my grandfather's burial grave at St. Stephens Church cemetery, on Mount Newton X-Road, plot no.37 to tell Death

Way to dam loud, lots of distortion, open marijuana use and overly intoxicated women in the crowd having their exposed breast fondled, not pc and dangerous fire that also makes climate change worse. In other words it's fucking epic!!!
