It is a real great pleasure (and a surprise, because i know Scott Ian doesn't like the album _that_ much) to see them play tunes from _State of Euphoria_ , which to me, is an incredibly fresh album. If it came out today i'd still think it is ahead of its time in terms of energy and originality. And it's also great to see this talented lead guitarist with them, doing justice to Dan Spitz and playing the solos _in the spirit of_ ... For forty years I've missed Daniel Spitz so badly, but let's face it, he's probably never coming back, and we've got the almost original line-up here, alive and kicking ass. *THANK YOU WACKEN TV FOR POSTING THIS... The first time I saw them live was the Headbangers ball tour Helloween, Exodus, Anthrax. Then at the Ultimate Sin tour at the Veterans Memorial Collosium, Antharx, Metallica, and Ozzy. Still just as energetic ever? 🤘

Anthrax was so huge in the 80s and early 90s, they then proceeded to kick Joey belladonna the og singer the kat sing here for being a monster of a cunty drunk and anthrax sucked until a few yrs ago when they brought joey here back into the band. The other 3 singers that fronted anthrax up until 10 yrs ago or so where terrible and those anthrax records from 94 thru till 2015 all fucking suck so very very badly! Its amazing that the boys in the band are the same original guitarists,bassist and drummer thru anthraxs entire history. But they aint shit without this native American god that is Motherfuckerin JOEY BELLADONNA! People forget how amazing anthrax was up until the persistence of time record!!! Joey looks so healthy now that he finally made sobriety stick this time it seems. I saw them in japan at the Tokyo dome 3 yrs ago with Joey and they ripped. I hadnt seen anthrax since i was like 8 or 9 yrs old. My parents are metal and hardcore punk royalty! My dad once drummed for Doa(canadian hardcore godfathers and the band the genre is named after) ,Razor(canadian thrash metal legends),social distortion,iggy pop,bad religion,face to face, etc etc for my dad he was a drummer. My mom was born in bergen Norway 🇳🇴 and my grandparents immigrated to canada in 1970. My mom grew up in Victoria and formed the single greatest all girl hardcore punk rock band of all time and the only all girl band ever to this day to come from Canada The DISHRAGS...my mom formed the band at 16 yrs old with her 2 girlfriends/neighbors who where both 14 yrs old when they formed the band. They didnt last long...but are famous for making scary all guy bands with tough jacked doods like henry rollins of black flag and glen danzig of the misfits,and the guys in negative approach and CRO MAGS who are all super jacked guys to this day where afraid of a hardcore band made up of 3 young teen girls??? Its very true. My moms band ripped. No one wanted to follow them on stage after a DISHRAGS set. My dad was drumming in DOA when my parents met. Ive been playing in punk and metal bands now much longer than my parents played in bands...and its afforded me to be able to see 37 countries and 6 continents before i ever turned 40 which i just turned. Most of that travel was all paid for by labels or promoters. Ive played with everyone i grew up worshipping minus a few like the RAMONES WHO ARE THE SINGLE MOST INFLUENTIAL BAND IN THE HISTORY OF RECORDED SOUND AND THE MOST IMPORTANT. I GOT TO SEE THEM A BUNCH WHEN I WAS LITTLE THOUGH SAW EM LAST IN 96. I HANG WITH ROB HALFORD ALOT...i mean a lot. ROB WAS THE FIRST PERSON I CAME OUT OF CLOSET TO LONG BEFORE I BECAME A GAY TRANS WOMAN. KNOW THE GUYS IN PRIEST FOR CLOSE TO 30 YRS MET THRU MY PARENTS BUT LATER ROB JUST TURNED INTO MY METAL DAD AND MENTOR. I SPEAK WITH ROB ALMOST DAILY ON ZOOM. I WAS AT HIS HOME IN PHOENIX ARIZONA THIS LAST XMAS FOR THE HOLIDAYS IT WAS AMAZING. I HAVEN'T SEEN MY DAD OR SIBLINGS NOR SPOKEN TO EM IN 10 YRS.
