To see Hanabie as one of those 34 Bands, is amazing. These Girls made phenomenal appearance during the last two or three years. Something that started as some suggestions for that band in the reaction community, ended up in Wacken.

They are so smart for selling next year's tickets only hours after the festival is over. This way many people are still hyped from this year's festival and they get 80.000x333€=26.640.000€ in advance to invest into next year. Masterfully done!

that's quite normal. They would sell it for a longer time, but the are sold out super fast! To be fair, not that many tickets are resold because of the lineup!

Good idea to announce the next line up early, at the event. People are already there probably having a good time and will look forward to next year. really hyped for Gojira, Saltatio Mortis, Saxon, Dimmu Borgir, Within temptation, Hanabie, Ministry, Beyond the Black, Grave Digger, Tarja & Marko, Iotunn, Orange Goblin and Dominim :) also looking forward to Papa Roach, Clowns, Angel Witch, Windrose, Brothers of Metal and Celeste not familiar so far with Peyton Parrish, Exhorder, Night Demon, Mimi Barks, Seven Spires, Dool, Crownshift and Midnight don't really care for Machine Head, Obituary, Decapitated, Destruction, Clawfinger, Michael Schenker (depends on setlist though) and Apocalyptica fantastic lineup so far :)

Ich war 2024 zum ersten Mal in Wacken und die Show war wirklich episch, aber leider hat mich das Lineup für 2025 nicht so überzeugt. Eines Tages komme ich aber auf jeden Fall wieder zurück nach Wacken. :D

@@nils2161 Wacken ist für mich ein teurer und zeitaufwändiger Spaß, deshalb kaufe ich da nicht die Katze im Sack. Ich wohne in München und gehe stattdessen einfach zum Summer Breeze und ein paar kleineren Festivals nächstes Jahr, denn das liegt direkt ums Eck.

@@Degrad21 I would never say the wasteland warriors themselves or the area is cringe. I just think the way this is themed is. Also, I do appreciate cringe. There is another thing I don't really like and that is that the themes aren't really that important to the festivals atmosphere. I would be in full support of using more scenic decorations.
