I purchased this wacom pen a few months ago for my galaxy book 360, which didn't come with an s-pen. It's very comfortable to draw with and way easier to draw on a tilt than the s-pen and s-pen pro. The shape is perfect for it!

@@cutepawhandmade answer is yes. the matte screen protector has little bumps in to create the feeling of cardboard/paper but, those screen protectors also act like sand paper for your pen. personally i have one on my tab s7 and on my graphics tabler (huion kamvas 13) and both tablets do the same thing to the nibs, verry slowly taking away from the nib. thats why graphics tablets come with replacement nibs. there are currently 5 nibs given free with the staedler, and 3 with the wacom as far as i know. the lifespan of a nib ranges between 8 to 10 months depending on how often you draw and how hard you press on it. they are also cheap to buy off amazon or other stores. so not an issue there.

I just got this pen a week ago to use with my G tab S7+. For me, it's much better than the s-pen due to the increased sensitivity and especially the ergonomics; s-pen is too thin for my liking. I was worried about the plastic tip being too smooth on my screen, but it hasn't been bad at all.

Hi teoh! Love your reviews! I've been reminding others, like brad coldbow, another tablet reviewer, a useful tip. To properly gauge "pen wobble" it's more or less standard to use a ruler with the pen, much more reliable input will be given. After all, hands are shaky "organic" things, so unrecommended for proper review. Personally, I've never been able to make straight lines on a glass surface, only paper! I see this problem in many tablet reviews. Aside from that, your channel is perfect! Keep up the awesome reviews. (:

That's right. Drawing a really straight line freehand. I don't think that's necessarily the most important thing, because you can adjust/correct it in programs (not all of them). I think what's much more important is how the pen reacts and how reliable it is with the same pressure. And how well you can draw lines with different pressures without changing program settings.

Hi Teoh - I recently tried the Kindle Scribe premium pen and I was surprised how good it felt. I's a well balanced EMR pen with an eraser, that looks like a slightly bigger spen.

A bit late but hoping to help a bit if youre still wondering. Samsung tablets use the emr technology which is patented by Wacom. Any emr pen will work on any emr tablet (except apple which locks it through the software)

@@tiba_t5462 youre in luck cuz i just got the Wacom one pen (first gen) last month! Overall it feels amazing and worked (i got Samsung Galaxy tab s8+) right out of the box. The palm rejection works similarly to the s pen, if the tip is recognized by the screen then you can set one note/Samsung note to disable scrolling. From the start i never had any problem about palm rejection with the s pen and in the month i used the one pen i havent had any moments of unintentionally scrolling. Also important to note, Wacom one 2nd gen pen (different color, two buttons) has pressure sensitivity issues with none Wacom devices so if you consider buying it, buy the first gen (the same as shown on the video thumbnail hand)

Both are comfortable to hold. I probably would recommend Wacom One because there's a side button which is useful.

Depends on what is important to you. Side button or eraser (note: the extent to which the side button can be adjusted depends on the program). The Stadler has a slightly higher driving force and not quite as fine lines. See video Note: But it depends on the program used

I find that the Wacom One stylus has a better grip than the S-pen. I actually bought a Wacom One stylus to use on my Tab S6 Lite. However, the nib of the Wacom One stylus is hard plastic and is slippery on the screen, so I bought replacement nibs that have rubber-like nibs from an online store (for really cheap).

Wacom One is cheap and good. Staedtler Noris Digital Jumbo is good too. Some prefer the Lamy EMR pen but that’s pricey. All these pens can be used with original S Pen soft tip too

Pretty sure the XP-pen and Huion styluses use EMR technology too, but maybe there are different types and different kinds of sensors on the tablet screen, so Wacom One stylus is incompatible with XP-pen and Huion tablets. The styluses showed in this video are known to be using the same EMR technology from Wacom, so they are all compatible with Wacom One tablet and Samsung S tablets.

You could've mentioned that the button can be pressed only on one edge. Not in the middle and not at the lower (closer to tip) edge. Knowing you, I'm not sure I would believe you really missed this button property, which unfortunately does feel like a manipulation from you side.
