Hi Rhys, Just watched your video fishing on Pitsford Reservoir. Both Graham and yourself caught some big trout… it was a great day. Plus the water was so clear, you managed to capture some amazing film… really enjoyed it, best regards, Wayne

Hi Rhys, sorry didn’t know what other way to contact, been fishing on an intermediate line since I started and love it, however I get to point in the day where the fish just turn off, so assumed I needed another line, should have asked someone but I impatiently dived straight in and bought a snowbee 6” sink tip to get the flies down deeper, was this a good choice? Or what would you recommend? If you could give me some info on what fly to try on that line, leader length etc it would be much appreciated. Keep up the great work and look forward to the next vid 👍🏼

Hi Rhys, another cracking video 👍 I am thinking of getting a new, mpre powerful rod that I will mainly have for di lines and keep my greys gr60 for floaters and intermediates. I was considering the stillmaniac in a #7 but all my di lines are wf7. Do I need to go up a weight as its a faster rod or do you keep to the same ratting with the stillmaniac? Any other rods to consider? Cheers
@RhysFishes3 жыл бұрын
Thanks oliver. You can stick with a 7wt for the stillmaniac. 🎣

Awesome video Rhys! Really great editing, other than the Gopro footage what other video camera are you using? Also what drone do you use? Fished Pitsford myself for the first couple of times recently, amazing water with some great fish.

Thanks Sls. You're right, pitsford is lovely. Mainly use cannon / lumix dslrs and a Dji drone 📷
