This style... hiking, trekking a creek to find a little honeyhole/moneyhole. Virgin waters with not so smart Bass that munch. Lol! This content makes this channel one of my faves!! Seriously, this is one of the most underrated channels on KZbin for Bass Fishing. Great stuff man!!

This reminds me of a day I had waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy back when I was in high school here in Michigan. It was very early spring and I just caught one bass after another on a Mepps spinner. One of the best days I've ever had fishing in my life.

First of all, who bothers to thumbs down a video. Anyway on a brighter note. Whatever set up it is, is working. I say you add it to your arsenal. Fishing is not a perfect science because of several reasons. One major reason being the angler himself. What works for you may not work for me. Great vid. Keep it up.

Hell yea man I like your content! Im from nw IL too and this amazing weird warm Feb weather had me out at a small Googan pressured forest preserve pond in cook County today. Mainly just to chill with the chick and some friends and testing out some in line spinners I made and caught a Lil largey. And belive me that pond is rough, But close by. You and some buddies of yours videos really help me pick apart ponds and what to throw and when to throw it. Keep up the good stuff dude!

Hi Chris! Big fan of yours. I'm looking into doing more wade fishing since I predominantly fly fish from the shore or spin from the boat. Do you have any general wading tips?
@blindman_outdoors67077 жыл бұрын
WuBr94 my advice, get a good pair with soles that grip well so you don't take a header in a frozen river or lake
@jasongriffin88497 жыл бұрын
WuBr94 my advice would be, don't wear waders. Accidentally step in a hole over your head and you're screwed.

Notice the teeth also the crush plates were red. They were munching on crawfish. You did the good thing dragging the senkos. If you spent more time with that shad rap you'd probably be landing the biggest fish out of the brush pile.

for those waders you need to buy separate wading boots fort hem or else the bottom of the "neoprene slippers" will tear and then you will have a whole in your waders and you will get wet. So if I were you I would buy some wading boots for those waders.

Really great video! Just subscribed(again)....KZbin unsubbed me for some reason. I have a secret pond up here in Massachusetts. The pond is stocked and holds HUGE bass upwards of 10-14lbs. If your ever up in Mass and want a place to fish and then do some saltwater fishing, I'd be happy to help any way I can
@chrisbulaw72707 жыл бұрын

Chris' Outdoor Adventures Well if you do end up in Massachusetts, I have a place in Cape Cod that you can crash at if you need to or want to save some money.
@UnderPaah727 жыл бұрын
notsocool 15lbs 8 ounces is what it was at one point. I'm not sure if that has since been broken. This pond that I mentioned is managed by the town, and a few of the officers that manage it are the ones that told me about the potential sizes I can catch there.
