I have to say you really opened my eyes to using wafer paper! Once I made and used your wafer paper conditioner😊, I fell in love with the art of decorating with it ❤ My favorite medium has been (and still is) gum paste, but now I love using wafer paper as well! I never knew you could take something so fragile and brittle then bend, manipulate and vein it without tearing or cracking it?! I have learned so much from you and am truly grateful 😊 Thank you Anna

Yes. Depends on your humidity, if you need to dry it faster - I prefer high proof, otherwise vodka would work

Hi Can anyone help me and explain what I’m doing wrong with regards to edible lace please. I know it’s nothing to do with this tutorial but when I’ve made the lace I leave it to dry out. But then when I try to fold it it breaks up. Anna’s looks like it’s soft and pliable but mine snap. Can anyone help please? Thank you Elaine xx
