I am a Waffle House Lover! I can tell this man (the cook) controls his environment and thats a God-given gift. When you run across people like him, they are pleasure to be around. This is what a "real-life influence" looks like. Most of the time, WH servers are standing around helping on the grill or they shout out orders while the cook is focusing on other orders. I can tell his coworkers highly respects him. They're not shouting orders around him while he cooks. And I also noticed they give him his space in the grill area. I can imagine the servers being attentive to their customers and making the waffles. This is what I meant, "the cook" has a special God-Given gift. He created his environment and his colleagues falls into place. Watching him work made me smile. I'm willing to bet he cooks exactly how you would want it.

Being a previous short order cook I would never cook my eggs first. The meat would be put down first bcuz it takes the longest to cook, next I would have started my hash browns and then eggs. I’m sure those eggs will probably be a lil cold by the time he finish plating up. However he is doing a good job. I enjoy watching him work . 😊
