Anna, I so needed this tonight. I am very worried about my Mom's upcoming surgery on Tuesday, May 24th and I have been very worried about my abusive Landlady. However, I so appreciate the suggestion by someone to create a video on wafting away our worries and feel gratitude for this video💚💚💚💚💚!! I so LOVE the scents of both Gardenia and Honeysuckle💛💛💛💛💛!!! Several scents bring me back to Childhood such as Bayberry Candles in a Candle shop, Strawberry scents🍓🍓 from my Strawberry Shortcake Doll🍓🍓, the smell of fresh mint🌿🌿 on my Late Grandparents property, and the smell of the salt water💙💙💙💙💙 from the ocean as much as the smell of salt sea water still inside a Conch Sea Shell🐚🐚💙💙!!! Hello Anna, you asked about sense memory-one of my most powerful associations is with the scent of Mennen Baby Lotion because I had a French piano teacher who wore copious amounts of it for some reason. To this day, the scent brings me back to such a specific time and place. Also, Tea Rose cologne takes me back to my hippie high school days. I just discovered ASMR a couple months ago. You are my favorite to watch, I can sense you genuinely care about others and you are the most natural ASMR KZbinr I found. I suffer from severe social anxiety, depression and PTSD. I was wondering if you have done and sessions for Panic Attacks? It is really hard to stay in the moment when they hit, but that's why I was thinking ASMR might be beneficial during those times. I often watch your Reiki sessions to relax and fall asleep.
