I rescued the sweetest little mutt from a kill shelter in florida. I showered her with so much love, toys, trips to the dog park, then found out after her being sick for a while, she had advanced cancer. I cried everyday after getting that news but the vet and I did everything we could do. Lily died 5 days after that. It tore me apart!! I only hope that as she crossed the rainbow bridge, that she knew she was loved so very much!!! It still tears my heart apart every time I think about her. She was truly a precious season of my life!
