What does God have to do with anything? You thinks it's a game god plays? God makes ppl sick then helps them get better? God isn't real and if he was, he'd better watch his back.

Yes! All doing their jobs. And doing them well as they should. Like any professional. Doing a job well and as they should is part of the career. And thanks as well to all the people that created the infrastructure, equeptment tools etc to do those jobs. And to those who kept the roads functional to get everyone there and back. And on and on. They all should get medals as well. Definitely unsung heros without any recognition... ever.
