Cooking steaks on a Rock 🔥 if you were stranded without a pan do you know more than one way to cook your food?
You all know I’m a big fan of the reverse-sear, but in this case, I really wanted to develop a nice crust without cooking it over rare-medium.

I did not find any rocks for making a fire place, also did not find any birch tree to use it's dry bark and on top of it.......I did not find any dry wood to make a fire! It was by than that I found out that time had passed quickly and my watch showed me 1:45 p.m. I was hungry, badly needed a hot coffee but realized that I had to walk back if I wanted to be out of the forest before dawn! Can you tell me what forest it is exactly where you can find that perfectly sized and cut fire wood what you use in your video? And where did you find the rocks? I walked hours through the forest and didn't find a single rock!
