Hi, there. Just tighten the tension block on wylde and the flat spring on hendrix. The treadle will remain at the position you leave it when you remove your foot. That's not a difference at all, it's a mechanical adjustment. Hope it helps.

More low end on the Zakk for sure. Jimi is less on the low end and more mid/high.

same value components, wylde wha: metal film resistors, panasonic caps better noise ratio, hendrix carbon film resistors, same 0.022 sweep cap, both fasel inductor

Nice review and pedals. I've noticed the zakk sounds thicker than the jimi hendrix. Could it be?. I stick to the zakk wylde since i like thicker wah sounds but that jimi is also good! it's great to have choices out there.

I had both, I’m a huge fan of both musicians... that being said I gave the Wylde Wah to a friend in need and kept the Hendrix Because they both sounded exactly the same and I’ve got the Chrome and black Hendrix version so it was more visually attractive.

The Zakk has a little extra gain and the top end is a little less harsh, other then that they’re the same.
