Like your vids. Pro tip for you, when checking ac voltage use your LoZ setting. You won't be tricked by ghost voltage. Only the CL700 and CL800 have that option on klein meters

Thank you for the video. I really didn’t want to take apart my whirlpool washer so I unplugged it overnight and it reset itself. It’s done this before after a power outage but this time it just stopped working. If it does it again I may have to look into other problems. Thank you again

Be sure to ohm out the pump if the board is dead. A bad drain pump can short out the board, and obviously when you replace the board it will short out again if you did not address the pump.

I have an older top loader Maytag washer model number is MTW5770TQ0 that will not power on when plugged in, it doesn't have lights on the dial face .. what to do??

If it is the non digital model, then you have a direct drive washing machine. Does it fill with water? If it does fill with water and then does nothing after that, most likely cause is a bad lid switch.

Easy access to opening top panel by using a flat durable putty blade on each end of front panel edge.

Very serious. Some parts you check with the machine plugged in and some you do not. Apparently, you are new to this as I am.

So my output voltage in only about 4 DC volts. I AMYs that means my control board is faulty. You did not shore this the fix, just the diagnostic.

If you have 4 volts dc output of the main board, that means your board js bad and should be replaced!
