There's been a few changes since I first travelled this way by Silver Fern railcar in 1979.

I've made a couple of trips north lately 1 by car and 1 by plane, next one would love to take the train

More than half the journey is missed out with large skips at 8.50 and 18.50 and 20.24. Still interesting though
