AI is way too new to make these decisions right off. The best way to research this is to have human Hr filter the resumes and make a decision on the top 3 to interview and then AI. See how close they match and why the differences. BTW, does the robot do actual interviews before its final decision? How does AI know what's true and false on a resume or a person's responses in an interview?
