I actually really like the mob houses. I've made them in-game and I think it's neat.

I definitely think most of them are good designs, it's just the theme is like 60% mob houses now.

Same here, I love mob houses, these are much better for me than a tiny piece of land or cave. I heard an opinion about lego that You cannot build much from single lego set, wchich is ofcourse true, You can combine sets to make something, but there is still issue with lack of simply bricks from wchich You can build actuall House, and lego minecraft mob houses are great, as they are simply but nice houses with many simple bricks You can use to build Your own structure and You also have nice minifigures from favorite vode game You can play. In this particular set it could be more minifigs and could be different minifig than Steve, but I could give it strong 4-4,5/5 stars.

What do you guys think about this set? I personally cannot wait to get a Steve minifigure while not having to purchase yet ANOTHER mob house.

Lego needs to get their head straight and start making their mob houses more like The Pig House The Fox Lodge and The Rabbit Ranch, those were awesome. Actually had correct (as correct as you can be) proportions to the actual mobs and look great. I do really like the mooshroom house, but it's proportions are not the best considering it's shorter and more stubbier than the pig house when cows are taller than pigs. And I can't get around that price, just not worth it. I can see myself getting the pig farm though even though it is complete derp. I love getting sets of things that look similar and I think it and the pig house would look great connected.

The Fox Lodge is actually one I do really like. It's just I can't stand the overwhelming amount of them that LEGO makes these days.

there is nothing wrong with this set, its a fun build and personally i love it because its pretty much just the mushroom island set from like 8 years ago but back and not 150 dollars on ebay
