I'm really hoping Shadow The World is actually fun to use. Technically this is the first major move set besides reworks and overhauls that Paragon is overseeing, I'm praying it'll be something fresh and nicely balanced. Also I really want to see more actual content updates (I don't mean stands or balancing), I've been playing YBA since 2021 and at this point this only thing keeping me from quitting is my desire to leave off the game with everything I initially wanted. Seeing a new gamemode, new end-game progression, new story lines that are actually interesting, ECT. would actually give me a valid reason to stay.

However Made in Heaven is not just an upgrade to C-Moon but rather an evolved form with a completely new ability which cannot move in stopped time. Part 2 of the event drops this Friday, but its basically just exclusive weapons, equipment, and some miscellaneous Halloween stuff. Also a Halloween zombie wave gamemode. Also a new attunement was added to the game, so that cool I guess. It's pretty unbalanced right now, but new stuff is new stuff.

I might be going insane and this is definitely not a problem many will encounter, but after another recent patch (probably pushed in secret), I haven't been able to run 8khz on my mouse without encountering motion latency issues. Other than that, the changes have been great. It's no longer as painful to fight a ta4 and having to literally get constant 50/50'ed at range on whether they go for golden rotation or not while playing at high ping. They said they reduced the cost of fighting styles significantly, but tbh I feel nearly zero stat point diff on everything I've tried.

I realised this when one of my friends started playing this game a couple of days ago and i went with him through the storyline where i realised how garbage dogshit poop it is that needs a rework more than anything. I think the main reason people don’t like it is because of the skin economy. They introduced skin chest which is just aut and you can buy ground teams now including lucky arrows. Personally I don’t care about skins so the crate think dose not matter, and buying ground items is great because it can improve the whole system of getting stands making it easier so you can play the specific stand you want.

I think some of these changes are great, I think the shop is cool, and the stand barrage nerfs are amazing (coming form someone who played from when Requiem was added to just before the vamp rework) those old D4C LT barrages were a nightmare, unfortunately I can't experience any of this and never will be able to because Paragon still runs an archaic moderation team that refuses appeals, and I was banned false for ban evasion while I was in the final steps of a mod application, and was not given a reason until I got in contact with a mod through another source, lets pray we someday get an unban wave, or appeals open, or some other way, because the game has seemed to be going in a good direction so far... atleast compared to how it was going for awhile

Glad I watched this video. Only real issue I had with the update was the ironing out of the m1 stand speed on all stands which kinda threw off the mechanics and playstyles of a lot of stands. Other than that this wasn’t a terrible update.

Well, for me the biggest problem with the update is the hand and it's uncancelable erasure... Other than that, I am happy with it (it takes time to adjust to changes)

Stands are further unbalanced, Spec skills are overpriced, the skin economy is ruined. Eclipse isn't acknowledging how awful YBA is right now.

I think in my opinion paragon did the right thing with skin chests because now making ALL skins easier to get, skins now cost a lot less and therefore less people will bother stockpiling or trading them and actual focus on the core of the game which is its pvp and balancing, so it diverts more people from the trading community which was to be honest, most of this games fan base up until this point. You could say it was a cash grab but personally I think it was a smart move

hiding the balance changes is good in yba because people are going to look through it, find one bad balance change and then say "the balance changes are trash", i also love their mindset "we add and if you hate it we remove it"

My real question is, why didn't they make the item shop at Merchant's Keep instead of putting it into the menu? It would have been cool to have that place be of some more use, especially after all the items that are displayed in it.

All things aside, I'm really hoping and waiting for a Tusk rework. I've been waiting for it ever since I got Tusk a couple of years ago and I still await for the damn thing to get reworked. I get it's 4 different acts, but that's basically just reworking 4 different models and 1 act since every act has the same moves. Plus, IT'S BEEN SO LONG SINCE THE STAND EVEN GOT RELEASED, THAT DAMN THING SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN REWORKED LOOOONG AGO
