I used to work in a restaurant and asking for tips is a no no. You wait for the customer to tip you based on performance and if anyone that’s not a manager tells me to clean cups or any area of the restaurant without them saying the phrase: manager so-so said to clean this, I’ll tell them to kiss 💋 my grits and tell the manager if they have a problem with it. You get promoted based on performance, not on looks and money alone. I focus on the people that I help and serve, not what they look like or the type of wallets that seem to bulge out. Never judge on looks and cover only, judge on character and personality in the long end.

This was a really good video. It was really cool seeing Katherine Norland, Carlos Chavez and Charles Laughlin in the same video together. Katherine Norland did a good job as the nice boss. Carlos Chavez did a good job as the good employee because he always does a good job as the protagonist in the Dhar Mann videos especially when he roasts the villains who get their comeuppance with funny lines or by throwing the villain’s insults back at their faces. And Charles Laughlin did a good job as the bad employee because he was funny when he kept screaming angrily after his villain character got his comeuppance in this video and he’s really versatile at switching back and forth between playing protagonists and antagonists. I wish there was Dhar Mann video where Carlos Chavez and Charles Laughlin could both be the protagonists in the same video because it’s a bummer we never get to see them both playing protagonists together. If they can make Carlos Chavez and Charles Laughlin play protagonists in the same video together and they do a good job then I would definitely watch that video. But anyways I enjoyed this video and it was really cool to see Rafael Siegel as the nice guy who tipped Carlos Chavez for the good service. 😎

I have special needs and I’m grateful to have a paid job. You see there are many people who have special needs and some are too disabled to work, some grow up in a group home with individuals with disabilities. I have autism but I’m high functioning but I wish there were more opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Last year I advocated for a transportation service that is super reliable for the special needs community in my local area. The local city declined it .
