'Waiting' a Kingfisher painting

Waiting is a painting that tells the story of a memory. I remember spending time with my paternal granddad. He loved Kingfishers and saw them regularly when he enjoyed time in the countryside. So, I found a beautiful reference photo and used it to create this Kingfisher.
