Wow! Chester Bennington's songs aren't an easy cover vocally for anyone to tackle, due to his amazing vocal range! Brother, loved the ending where you absolutely nailed the note, kudos! I especially enjoyed you showing us doing your own backing and harmony vocals. Also, the arrangement you created for this cover was impressive. Your producing skills with each cover you have chosen shows more of your talents:-) I don't know about anyone else, I would really enjoy if you would share the backstory about the material you're covering each week, prior to you doing the cover. Brae Cruz, you have a beautifully powerful voice, there is no denying to anyone who listens. Additionally, as I've already said in prior, you have the ability to connect and leave me with feeling something while listening to the songs you have covered. I'm sure others are experiencing the same when they listen to you sing the covers you've posted. Sharing the backstory of how and why you chose the song to cover is a way for you to further connect with us who are listening to you. Kinda like how artists will share where a song came from that they wrote or why they chose to cover a certain song when they're giving a concert. Forgive me if I'm being presumtuous, only a suggestion from a fan!

markw3280 thank you for the nice comment! I am constantly thinking of ways to make my vids better and better and i think this vid was a big step in the right direction. As far as my choice of covers, i really am just trying to cover any song that is widely suggested. Speaking of, i am going to start putting a little clip at the end of my vids, instructing the audience to comment a song they'd like to hear. The comment with the most likes will be the song that i cover next. As far as original songs go, id love to share the reasoning/meaning behind each song. Obviously i haven't put out any original music yet, but i have plans to do so, and when the time comes i would love to share that info with everyone!

I like the change of sound you gave to the song, an acoustic version without the rap part which by the way, you solved perfectly. A little piano introduction before starting singing would have done it for me but overall it was a great cover. I've listened to some of your other covers and I didn't think you would reach the high note at the end but you nailed it. Were you using your chest voice or you switched to head or mixed voice? Last question, I've noticed your voice got a little raspy now, is your voice damaged in any way?

Hey, thanks for watching! I appreciate it. I used my chest voice for most of it, but the high notes were in my head voice. And no damage to my voice from the rasp! I admittedly don't have great technique most of the time, but when it comes to making my voice sound raspy, I do make sure I do it right. Don't wanna completely lose my voice by 30 lol
