Listening to this not only gave me alertness, but it's literally making me smile more. First three days, I had really bad depressive breakdowns. Today, I was experiencing a brainfog. After listening to this, I feel somewhat lighter and now I'm smiling. 😊❤

This is amazing!!! I really didn't think it'd work, but it works great!!! When I 1st turned it on, my brain was still asleep, my eyes were burning & all I wanted 2 do was go back 2 bed. When I started listening, I started reading the comments. After about 5-6 mins, it dawned on me that my brain didn't feel "foggy" anymore & my eyed weren't burning as much. I've been listening 2 this "Digital Coffee" 4 about 25 minutes now & the longer I listen, the better I feel!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

I used this to help focus on studying for my exams, and I am absolutely blown away by how much it helped. Someone told me that listening to these sorts of sounds helps with deep concentration and they were not wrong. Keep up the good works, you got this!

I did not expect this to work, especially given the calm music. But! it did indeed help me earlier today, if not with clear focused thinking, at least to get up and get moving, which was quite a challenge at the time! I will definitely try this track again.

I had the same reaction. I have a teacher who gave a 500 word essay and had to do it all in one night and with after school, j get home at 6:00 pm and then had to write that much in a day. I did not expect this to work!

🤔🥱😴 pretty melody 🎵 there is a video, binaural beats with a yellow screen. it makes me dizzy; the beats are heavy -it occasionally helps to wakes me up -I sleep through multiple alarms including tornado sirens I need something ...I can sleep on strong coffee, (I don't drink or use drugs) I try to get to sleep starting between 6 pm -9pm - a sleep calculator said optimum hour 645pm 730pm and 945pm My average sleep is 2 - 3 am worrying I won't wake up ...the first alarms start waking 3 am get out 4:30 am, home 6 am out 830 am repeat either super light sleeper who falls back to sleep or dead and sleeps through everything...sometimes I fight not to sleep, so I don't miss appointments and then I am worthless. I had a phone call service this last year and slept through that...they went out of business last month😟 typing this kept me awake and resetting the alarms 5-10 minute snooze helped I have always been terrible sleeper- the difference is I haven't had appointments with others relying on me. -- pretty melody, I 'll listen to this tonight wake up wake up wake up 😣👍

I’m a life-long insomniac, and it’s been really hard to try to “fix” my circadian rhythm to a more normal schedule. But, since using gentle brainwaves for deep sleep and THIS one to wake-up and feel active and energized, are working well enough, it feels like I may actually succeed this time! I used this to help establish my circadian cycle. I’ve always struggled to stay up after I awaken and this absolutely does the trick. Headphones in me ear as soon as I awaken!

you ever just scroll through KZbin untill you notice your window is lighting up from the sun, and you noticed you haven't slept, then you realise you're in summer break and your teacher telling you to wake up wont scare you, also tip, if your parents ask why are you up so early just say you woke up early or set an alarm

Don't fall behind on assignments due to procrastination. Toss your phone or whatever device to the side and search "music to keep you awake and focused while studying." You got this guys 💪

The nervous system needs to be balanced in order to function optimally. Most people have an aspect of it that is over active from all the stimulus and stress of life. The drone type calm music here helps to balance that while the frequencies being used here activate your reticular activating system (RAS) an area of the brain responsible for wakefulness and focus. Also, in a mild state of relaxation, the hormone orexin, is at most optimal levels as stress hormones can block its action.

I didn't want to get out bed to make a cup of coffee to deal with a headache but this actually decreased my headache so much I didn't actually bother with the coffee! Unobtrusively helped me start my day. I just wish there was a version with upbeat music.

This really helped me out this morning. Had pulled an all nighter and had to cram to do a government essay that was due at the start of school. Helped me stay awake and had me extra focused on my homework. Gonna be coming back to this a lot. 👍💯

Then that’s what your body needed. If it makes you sleepy then either U haven’t slept enough or are sleep deprived & I speak from experience. But if you’ve slept enough, this gives your body what it needs to stay alert & wake up. It’s soothes the mind one way or another.

This video started playing and before I looked at what it was, I felt my brain tingling at the front of my forehead. Freaked me out a little til I realized what the video was called/supposed to do.
