I love wakfu and I'm so grateful you're sharing the English dub of season 4. Thank you for giving a scene with the Percedals family. Especially with Flopin, he's my favorite character, it's a shame he didn't have more screen time. I hope this will change in Season 5.

From what I've seen on the internet, people are saying that season 5 of Wakfu is already in production and is set to come out in 2026 and that it's planned for 26 episodes. I also read somewhere that the Kickstarter for season 5 is supposed to be in February 2025. And if you're talking about the comic, I think you mean Wakfu the Great Wave. From what I've read, season 5 takes place after season 4 but before the Great Wave. If I understand correctly, it's Wakfu the Great Wave that explains specifically what happened to the world of 12, which leads to the game Waven.

Probably never. I think france.tv has exclusivity streaming rights to S4 (until 2026) and Netflix has rights over S3. That's why S4 can only be streamed on Ankama Launcher and S3 can only be streamed on Netflix. Not to mention, I get the impression Ankama doesn't really like Netflix anymroe. S4 and S3 both have physical media on the Ankama shop, but everything before S4 is region-locked.

Yeah, they don't credit the dub actors at all on Ankama Launcher. When you switch audio there, it doesn't change the footage or text in the episodes at all. It's the original French footage. The only reason we know the dub actors is because some of them posted who they're voicing on Twitter. We're still missing a lot of credits, like Adult Yugo.

S1 dub fit his goofy personality, but S3 dub captured his seriousness far better. S4 is alright, a fine replacement, but S4 doesn't give the character really any important scenes like he had in previous seasons. I think S4 would rank second quality wise, but last in terms of memorability.

Very unlikely that it will be. I think france.tv has exclusivity rights for S4 until 2026 and they may not even add it to Netflix after that. The Ankama Launcher doesn't have S3 for some reason, it can only be found on Netflix.

In the trash, pretty much. Once Oropo died, all of his followers left his cause and moved on with their lives. Inglorium is missing its Gods (no explanation as to why), meaning Oropo's plan was doomed from the start. The demigods get some small scenes to resolve most of their plots, but characters like Ush and Black Bump don't any real resolutions. Oropo's demigods were basically kicked to the curb, except for Arpagone.

Well, they wanted to make Season 4 a comic originally, and ToT said that back in 2019. Then a Kickstarter came out in 2020, and the Oropo special came out in November 2023. The French version of Season 4 aired between February and March of this year. The English dub for both Oropo and season 4 came out in early August.

This is an official dub. Unfortunately, we don't know who's voicing most of the characters because the Ankama Launcher doesn't list the dub actors. The only reason we know some of them is because the actors have posted on their social media pages who they are voicing. Not everyone has come out and said who they're voicing.

@@Legojake94 The Ankama Launcher works in the USA, which is where I'm from. I didn't need a VPN or anything, just had to make an account. I don't know about other countries, so you'd have to check if you're not in the USA. The English dub is also on the Launcher.
