Waking up earlier feels great when you go to sleep earlier too. My advice is aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep so to wake up at 5, you should sleep at around 9-10. You'll wake up feeling quite refreshed. Doing some light exercise in the morning also helps waking you up. Now I consistently get up at 6am and my productivity has really improved!! 100% recommend!!

I’m a part of the 5am gang. I wake up early for work but I go to the gym first. It becomes EASY after a couple months (it took a long time for me to get used to waking up early but tbh it’s the going to bed early part that matters THE MOST) I’m asleep by 9pm every night. It is blisssss
