​​@@snailcanopygamingsee our body needs 6-7 hours of sleep...for this sleep you need to sleep before 10pm and no screen after 8.30pm...and light and early dinner..try this you will wake up without an alarm.

Tips by pri di are best for sleep I do daily walk 2hr ..no phone after 9..bath must ....one more thing I add here for sleep is apko agr constipation hai tonh v app so nhi skde make sure u have clean tommy ...massage foot as well..have a great night 🌃 to all

i dont know what is happening to our youth and people that the cant even get up early they have to take workshop for wake omg yar te sab makari hai or kuch nahi jab tak jewan me koi aim nahi hog atab tak ye sab hota rahega and i am not against that video but aplog to samzadr ho na yarrrrrrrrr
