This Ozark knife makes me realize how over-priced Benchmade knives really are. There was a time not too long ago that D2 steel was considered the steel to get, but now blade steels have advanced considerably so the D2 is considered old hat. Good Job with the review.

Compare Benchmade with other truly USA made knives; overpriced, but not exceedingly so

Agreed, pretty crazy where D2 is considered low grade but I still think D2 is a great blade steel. Thank you so much for watching!
