People give him shit because of his banter because a lot of people do it but hes the only one who really gets the bad rap for it. He has talked smack against brzenk and I'm pretty sure john doesn't give a shit because he knows what's in travis's HEART and mind and travis has nothing but honor and respect for the ones who built this sport to where it is now. It's literally ALL smack talk and nothing more. He'd a good dude when it comes down to it. I think probably a lot better than Hollywood. Lol but then again maybe Hollywood is a good dude too. Cant judge people from the last thing you saw from them. Collect occurrences and compare to what they act like when they aren't taking it way seriously a d getting into a specific mode and you'd be surprised how many good dudes there really are when it comes down to it.

Wait wa....What's that arm position on the peg? Is Travis trolling him?
@jasonvoorhees88995 жыл бұрын
No , there are people who hold it that way , I find it uncomfortable for my shoulders
@crimedianb8765 жыл бұрын
No actually you hold it like that to square your shoulders up so the ref doesn't call you at least in professional matches

I'm arm wrestling a friend and we're both complete beginners. When I try to top roll he just gives me his hand and goes limp wristed and since we're not using straps, I have to grab onto him. Even though I have his wrist bent all the way back, Im the only one grabbing onto their hand, what manouvre is best when they're not even trying to hold on after getting their wrist through toproll?
@unkleRucker212 жыл бұрын
Is it a flop wrist? I think strength and endurance or maybe kings move him
@derbycityarmwrestling7300 Жыл бұрын
It's been so long since this comment, but I usually just slip to the straps if someone flop wrists. In the strap, it takes away the need to grip his hand, so you can do a fluid toproll motion right through the fingers since they are tied to the back of your hand.

How do we strengthen our wrists?
@timavery95308 жыл бұрын
put your arm onto a table with your hand hanging over the edge, palm facing up. With your forearm staying flat on the table, curl a dumbell upwards using just your wrist.
@calvinchia7448 жыл бұрын
What if i dont have a dumbell?
@timavery95308 жыл бұрын
+calvin chia I guess you could use something heavy with a handle on top like some sort of small bag. However there are many other ways like grip excersise, rock climbing, and fist push ups.
@calvinchia7448 жыл бұрын
Okay thanks.
@96816bassmeistha7 жыл бұрын
use a towel, throw some heavy stuff in there and it has a similar effect. also even a bucket filled with water. lots of ways to do stuff, i feel like armwrestlers are pretty inovative when it comes to their training techniques becasue alot of it is really niche' and not really used by anyone other then armwrestlers. get creative!
@IamNothingNowhere2 жыл бұрын
Funny because Travis does not hold on like at all that when he top rolls. It's all riser.
