This most effective setup that used these as a primary that I've seen recently was some guy that added slings and shouldered two of them and just John Wu'd them at an indoor event. Did well enough. He specifically modded them to reduce weight by removing all the plates, and waffled it using a stamp press.

I've got one basically done, another being painted right now, and of course a ton of videos of AMAZING blasters from PaNWar 1 (seriously, full fledged remote blasters, shoulder mounted turrets connected to overhaul stampedes with hospital equipment inside, Rayvens that ate BuzzBee Ultimate stuff, etc.). I had a Swarmfire once and was in the process of this mod: Gutted the internals, set them aside, put a vibration motor in, color change LED red/yellow, printed a very turbine -ish front piece, and movable pincer-like arms for a Halo/Portal cross prop. It would have been epic had life not thrown me a curve ball, my wife decided to join a gang, and I had to leave the state. Yeah, it would have been epic. I want to do it again.

put a 5k spring in mine, improved the turret seal, rewired it with heavier gauge wire and took out the air restrictors. It's an absolute beast. Now i'm just waiting for my IMRs for it to get here.

I just recently got a Swarmfire from goodwill for like $6 and it kicks ass. All I need to do is mod it to a LiPo beast, and I got a hyperfire a week before need to LiPo that too as it drains through batteries so fast.

Don't know wherher you have many comments from people in the UK, but that's where I live. Consequently, the range of blasters is apparently less than in the USA. Prices are also higher too. I recently watched a Dr Flux video in which he tested a Swarmfire. I was sufficiently impressed I purchased one from Ebay. It looks like new and performs extremely well. I look forward to testing it with Accustrìke darts

If your looking for fire rate, get the "Rapid Fire 20", very old and rare, but I have still owned 3 and I never really got into nerf as much as many of you, but the Rapid Fire 20 is VERY intimidating, (it is a bit uncomfortable though)

I have one but the screw to the battery tray is stripped so I made half of the cover is popped out and I have to stuff paper in it so that the batteries are secured
