Making a blaster into a work of art is secondary over just making the concept work.

By far the one of the best mods I've seen in a very long time. The fact that you made the firing mechanism so simple to use with a yo-yo string, an old key ring, a 3d printer wheel, and a screw is absolutely amazing. I love that thing. Kudos to you Walcom, kudos to you.

Late to the party but this has amazing adaptive potential, I know a lot of people who are missing fingers and only have 1-2 fingers on a hand. Not enough to hold a blaster in that hand though. This could be easily adjusted for whatever finger someone has/is the most comfortable with and could allow someone with a finger/hand disability to fling foam!
@ZakLeek3 жыл бұрын
This is really cool! I love blasters that can attach to you and be used alongside others you are holding. Personally I think that it would be better staying as a compact(ish) blaster without anything like a barrel or chainsaw, because it might get in the way a bit. Either way, the mechanism you made for the trigger is really ingenious and I really like it. Thanks so much for sharing this Walcom! 💜💙💛

For an arm mount, you should weld it to the Fallout 4 pipboy from Spirit Halloween. Then it's only 1 clasp point and it's gotta be way more comfortable than 2 metal bands. Some shaped Eva foam padding inside to keep it from shifting around. I'd love to see this have an Exia or 00 type blade that flips up, maybe run some green LEDs for the GN condenser blade edge!
@1Scimetar3 жыл бұрын
I would add a simple 2-inch barrel for the firing aperture and a storage cup for a throwable, like one of Captain Xavier's stress balls, to the front. I'd also add covers for the battery compartment and bottom flywheel, as I would assume that something that would destroy the blaster, and those covers are the primary way to prevent that.
@revolutioncustoms68943 жыл бұрын
Hey Walcom, permanently mount the spinning barrels above the firing barrel so when you rev the flywheels the barrels spin and use a cover plate over the spinning barrels that lifts up in a scissor hinge way that works off the firing microswitch, when you fire she will pop open already spinning, very cool already though dude, big respect.

A chainsaw or a spinning barrel on the front of your dart blaster? Truly, one of life's most difficult questions. I'm going to vote for the spinning barrel this time, but a short one. Wouldn't want the barrel to be so long that it gets in the way of holding stuff in that hand

That firing mech is ingenious! Nice use of materials and just enough ingenuity sprinkled in! I would've went with a belt esque arm mounting system with Velcro or a Wii strap locking mech that prevents the strap from moving. (new Wii motes have that little lock tab on the strap which is what I'm referencing just to clarify) Maybe just make the rev side of the screw a little wider though cause hitting the small button on the switch if it gets knocked particularly hard might dislodge things a little.

A chair is a piece of furniture with a raised surface used to sit on, commonly used to seat a single person. Chairs are most often supported by four legs and have a back;[1][2] however, a chair can have three legs or could have a different shape.[3] A chair without a back or arm rests is a stool,[4] or when raised up, a bar stool.[5] A chair with arms is an armchair[6] and with folding action and inclining footrest, a recliner.[7] A permanently fixed chair in a train or theater is a seat[8] or, in an airplane, airline seat;[9] when riding, it is a saddle[10] and bicycle saddle,[11] and for an automobile, a car seat[12] or infant car seat.[13] With wheels it is a wheelchair[14] and when hung from above, a swing.[15] A chair for more than one person is a couch, sofa, settee, or "loveseat";[16] or a bench.[17] A separate footrest for a chair is known as an ottoman,[18] hassock[19] or pouffe.[20] The chair is known for its antiquity and simplicity, although for many centuries it was an article of state and dignity rather than an article of ordinary use. "The chair" is still extensively used as the emblem of authority in the House of Commons in the United Kingdom[21] and Canada,[22] and in many other settings.
