It is not advisable to eat during the actual application process. Once the Waldent Blue Bite-Block composite material is applied to the occlusal surfaces of the posterior teeth and cured , it will harden into a durable restoration. At this point, you can resume eating normal foods, but it is best to avoid chewing very hard substances on the side where the bite block was placed
