There is something special about making things with your own, two hands. Those knives are more unique than any knife you can buy in the store! Wonderful video Sepp! -Reijo

Craftsmanship is a language unto its self. This is one of the best videos I have ever seen on U tube to date. This concept of cooperation truly needs to be organized in America. Great video and very nice cutlery.

An excellant video showing knife making. I made a hunting knife in 1968 and my son now uses it deer hunting. The satisfaction of having it turn out well is wonderful and all of the class should be immensely proud of the fine knives they made.

Just amazing to watch! I wonder, if it would be possible to design a knife but rather than a typical full tang, one would make it smaller but still maintain the shape more like a full tang rather than a stick, and use prepreg carbon fiber cloth, wrapping around the tang in the general shape of the tang / the handle shape you want, then compacting it somehow, perhaps a vice, then when cured sanding to final shape? The end product being similar to Mad Dogs much revered handle. I think thicker handles are superior to the vast majority of knives, like the strength associated with full tang but think a full wrap could offer better insulation and grip properties. It's just that I never heard of anyone doing this yet it doesn't seem that unusual.

These are all very heavy duty bushcraft and hunting style knives. Many have very unique blade geometries that I haven't seen before. They are unique designs. Very precise hardening and oil quenching for the carbon and stainless blades. The handle materials are all beautiful. The light burl wood, dark cocobolo and antler handle scales are amazing.
