Thank you, this really explains the difference between a rhythm and just a routine and I think it will help a lot! I'm thinking about it for us moms too 😅 I definitely feel burnout when I don't have that balance myself

Trust me, we struggle, too! This month has been a great example of that. We’ve had family vacations and a lot of events, so we ended up taking off from homeschool most of this month. Because of that, our rhythm has gotten a bit wonky. I’m looking forward to getting things back on track in October, but I know it will take us a few weeks to adjust and figure out what works best.
