10:25 here you can hear all the string machines of the 70's and 80's in one sound, thats all about this machine, is not trying to copy a specific instrument.

Great video. I bought one of these a few years back and I absolutely love it, great sounds and it really does emulate those classic 70s string machines really well. And yes the reverb takes you into space! Very good demo too, one of the best I’ve seen in this fantastic machine. Must go and play my Streichfett!

Man, this synth is awesome! I can’t buy more gear now as I have bought too much already, but this thing sounds so awesome! I am thinking of using it to produce trance as strings is a perfect instrument for that kind of music. 😊 I think I would have a look for this on the second hand market.

The Streichfett can also be used as a MIDI controller. All of the buttons and encoders are MIDI mappable and are sent via USB and MIDI Out.

aguebally my top 5 fav gear out of my top ten llist gretest gear of all time. is unbelievalbe what this lil fucking mashine is capable off. i'll keep it forever. even iif m gonna stop making music one day. the new walfdorf stcv is to 90 % a streichfett with a vocoedr added. sounds very very good too and very solid build. i mean i can listen to its sound forever....very hapy to have it. so connect it to an eventide h9 max harmonizer pedal and i swear this synth its goona fly out of ur hous!

Just pronounce the thing correctly. First S is soft, second is not. Štraichfet. It means margarine spread to be put on bread.
