Thank you for this great little demo, just got one myself. It's fun to see you also use a CS as that is the next one on my list!

was that riff meant to sound like one beer by DOOM?
@Verysickbeats7 жыл бұрын
great ear! at 1st when i was testing this thing i came across the exact sound on "one beer" by accident so i recorded that intro but didn't save the sound so i just kept the loop going LOL

Nice take on this. All the other videos I've seen tend to have the same sound. Now I want to go play with my Streichfett immediately haha

love your vids and positive attitude man. p.s. I ended up buying the reface CS as my first synth
@Verysickbeats7 жыл бұрын
thanks! what convinced u
@theycallmejpj7 жыл бұрын
i was torn between the reface, the microkorg, and a roland boutique. I guess I wanted the sound of the reface, the presets of the roland, and the popularity and library of patches of the microkorg. someone convinced me however that the sound and the interface are the two most important aspects of any instrument. how it sounds, but also how you interact with it, how easy or intuitive it is to use, how immediate the responses are, etc. and on that front having a powerful VA synth with 17 controls right there in front of you was actually more important than presets, and buy having no patches it's actually forcing me to learn about how synths work and making my own sounds sorry for the long post

Did you by intention just use a mono cable on the audio out on the Streichfett? Cause it has a stereo/l+r output. Thx!
@Verysickbeats6 жыл бұрын
No i just woke up when i did this LOL
@MakingMadBeats6 жыл бұрын
Verysickbeats Oh, I see 🤣! So, do you recommend the Streichfett for Pad like sounds? Ordered the Minilogue, tested it a couple of times but gonna send it back, cause I did not like the overall sound of it. Had the Microkorg in the past, too. I like the sound but hate that editing matrix, that' s why I sold it.

It would knock even harder if the snare wasn't late and the bass drum didn't rush. ;)

nastassia jefferson You could try the "DSK ouverture " plugin. It's not nearly as cool but it's a decent vst for orchestra sounds
@moesceeto95597 жыл бұрын
You should look for eSLine String and Nanotron 2. They're both free and do pretty much te same.
