IU’s staffs call her CEO because she really takes good care of all of them and the only thing IU asked her company for re-signing the contact was to keep all her staff without laying off any of them and increase their salary instead of giving her more money! IU is an angel and always taking care of others and donate so much of her earning! I love and respect everything about her and she is still so young but achieved so much.

I'd bet that IU decided that the songs would be cued that fast. Nobody is harder on IU than IU. She continually pushes herself and establishes a very high standard of performance for herself. Also, nobody tells IU what to do. If you watch any behind the scenes content, she is extremely gracious and kind to her staff, but you never doubt that she is in charge.

In Dingo, artists make the set list and they program the breaks in between. Sung Si Kyung for example talked for 30sec or 1min before each song. Jessi only sang for like 30sec each. I guess IU wanted to pack as many songs as she can.

and for the ceo things, it is not kakao ent but at first people speculating it that she is the ceo of edam entertainment (which is her current company but still sub label of kakao ent) but i think it is not true, but fans and people speculated that she is indeed has a big or important role on edam maybe one of investor or something because she is the only artist under the company until just this recently (there is one female artist joining edam) and because she is literally has a lot of freedoms and a lot of say on company especially about her work
