15% in usd is a bit exaggerated. Sp500 give 10-12% over 10 yr period. This decade might have been higher cuz of tech boom. Dont expect 15% in next decades. 10-12% would be still great, and better than all other investments. Great video

This is a comparison with asset classes - inflation is same for all so you can add in yourself. These numbers are in absolute terms and NOT inflation adjusted. There is no point to adjust inflation for apple to apple benchmarks.

you can withdraw into your Pakistani account - that's not a problem. but you cannot send the money from Pakistan to UAE so new investments cannot be done but old can carry on.

T-bills are tricky, you need to have the full information before you invest as there are costs associated while investing PLUS the amount should be large enough in order to cover any transaction charges.

200k invested on a plot in karachi, scheme 33 back in 2002 was sold last year for 24m PKR. There are still opportunities available for long term investement in such amount, ofcourse returns will be dependent on many factors. You neglected the most appealing sector right now, completely. I'm talking about cryptocurrencies and digital assets. In my opinion nothing is going to give bigger returns than that. Projects like Polkadot, Solana, Etherium are worth investing and has given insane returns during stimulous paycheck rush.

Return assumptions on stock markets are way too high. At max it should be 10-13% IN PAK and 6-10% in US. In this context naya Pak returns of 7% in usd is best in class with lowest risk

Pakistan stocks can return ±17% easily over a long period of time in PKR terms. US stocks can return 10% over a long period of time, but you can reduce it if going by ETFs. 7% on NPC is great, but I again wont invest over it for long period - its good for short term goal based investment.

I believe we can still keep on operating the RDA - just that inward transactions from within Pakistan are not possible. So continue with the same CDC as well.

Long term investment should be a mix of multiple assets. If you already purchased a rental property, I would suggest to start investing it's rent into the stocks as selling so quickly will 100% get you into loss.

When you say National Savings fixed do you mean that you can't withdraw Funds until the term of 5, 10, 20 years is over? I want to invest in National Savings as it seems best for my goal but I do want that funds back if I have an emergency need for it.

Wali Bhai, i have opened Sarwa from Malaysia and i have sent money from my accounts there, as of now i have not withdrawn but i believe people can still top up as long as they are using non business accounts and transfers from an account under their name. Second question, for Vanguard ETF i have access in Malaysia through broker (iFast Malaysia) and already opened a CDC account to invest in MY,SG,HK and US markets. For USA which ETF do you suggest in US for dividend and long term investment horizons and small topups per month. I can see people opting for non US stocks due to taxes on dividend - any guidance on that? current dip is a good time to buy and continue top up in my opinion and i am thinking on the same. the market shall go up in few years and returns can be good in US.

Very valid point regarding tax on dividends for non US citizens - I will look into it. Buying the dip, just for the sake of it can be devastating but if you have a long term plan, then do the DCA. For SARWA, you can always top up the account until you are able to transfer the funds from your own account anywhere in the world - however, from Pakistan it might not be possible as direct transfer of funds from Pakistani account to abroad have many conditionalities.

No one has the crystal ball - however, for the past 5 years, I do agree the stock market have been flat in index terms, but good stocks have given very healthy returns. Moreover, there are times when US stocks remained flat for decade and PSX performed better at the same time.

It depends on how long and how much do you want to invest. just to let you know, US stocks were flat from 2000 until 2011. Pakistan stocks are flat from 2017 until now - so such patches do occur
