I am living in silicon oasis for the last 8 years. However things to note in this video Apt price of this one bed is more than the price of one bed in silicon oasis even considering the enlarged size. Views are not great but blocked by the nearby buildings. Not located centrally in silicon oasis but at the corner Rent of 1 bhk is 45 - 55k as per rera and after service charges not more than 2.5k- 3k per month saving and the agent is saying 5k savings per month. 150k more on a overvalued property after paying 40% down payment is more than the bank interest rate and down 20 % downpayment for bank mortgage for 5 years. Wali bahi you should do your due diligence before promoting such kind of videos.

Over priced property, Better properties are available in the heart of DSO (Dubai Silicone Oasis) like in Spring Oasis a five star building on good prices. Much lower than this one....

Go n buy in 2 one BHK + 1Studio inside international city with this 1 Million AED investment. I assure total 9k fixed rent almost double the rent this video property will fetch. Worst price+ worst investment is this video property. B aware, properties price will rarely, I repeat very rarely appreciate in Dubai or UAE as whole.
