@@easypropertiesandbuilders8843 it’s 8% per month in the Saudi fund.. and I believe it’s not compounded so, 160 Riyal per year or 640 in 4 years. Plus if they sell at a profit you can get your share accordingly .. After 4 year, minimum you will get 2640 back if they don’t make a loss.. not sure what happens if they sell at a loss
