Mate… that’s a setup to be very proud of ! 👌🏻 Maybe a dumb question but have you done something to make your kings air compressor stop when it pressures up ? I have one but I don’t think it stops like that at a high pressure. Maybe it does 🤷♂️
@chappelle12110 ай бұрын
If its a kings thumper max dual compressor, it should have an inbuilt pressure switch, you don't have to do anything it just cuts out when it reaches a certain pressure, which if your trigger is closed and it's not leaking anywhere it should reach that pressure very quickly and just cut out until you open the trigger or whatever again which will turn it back on.

@chappelle121 Жыл бұрын
It was so long ago i don't remember to be honest, wood i would guess around 18mm. Attached to the handles by getting some threaded eye bolts that goes into the same thread as the handles. then another eye bolt on the shelf, and then a turnbuckle that goes between those eye bolts. and back the back just bolted to the cargo barrier.

How do the Titan Drawers fit with that full cargo barrier? Looking at a barrier myself but wasn’t sure on fitment with the drawers. Is it a Toyota barrier?
@chappelle1213 жыл бұрын
The barrier is DIY, its actually from a mitsubishi van that I got for free, i just cut the bottom off it and mounted the cargo barrier itself to the back of the drawers, thats what gives me a bit of room for the water bladder to fit between the barrier and the seats. Probably with a proper barrier you wouldnt have the room to do that and maybe the drawers would interfere with mounting it. You could also look at a kaon pet barrier or something, they only go half way.

depending how many wires you want to run up there, the best and most popular way is probably up the side of the windscreen, you can often tuck them into the side weather strip. In my case I had so many wires i also have them coming out through the door seals which I wouldn't say is ideal.. If i did it again i'd do it neater up the front or back. Best to have a google of this and look at some pics.

Looks really good. Can you please detail how did you make the gas bottle holder. Thanks
@chappelle1216 жыл бұрын
Its basically a heavy duty ratchet strap wrapped around the Tyre - I used a product from Bunnings called "Grunt E-track Fixing Plate" which has cut outs for a strap to fit though. so that is basically strapped that to the spare Tyre, then i bolted an oz trail holder to that plate with another little flat bar to make it more sturdy.
