I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with a separate tub and shower. You didn't show the dimensions of the bedrooms. I really like the built-ins throughout, the dining table has open shelves, the windows that crank out, plenty of cupboards, and counter space throughout. I would turn the upstairs into a couple of bedrooms and bathroom. God bless you and your family.❤❤❤❤❤

Can't get over the laundry room. When I got married the first time we moved into a newly built ~1000 sq ft ranch home. I had been in a crummy apartment up till then, so I was enchanted by my BIG kitchen. The cupboards in the laundry plus the sink was about as much as I had in my whole BIG kitchen! I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Wow, move in stove or microwave or toaster oven and you could rent out the kitchen part of the laundry room as well as the bedroom to make a little bit extra money. Or for Orthodox Jews it could be a second kitchen for keeping meat and dairy I think it is, apart as well as the dishes, etc. I loved the nook under the stairs too. Nice big kitchen as well with lots of drawers and cupboards and counter space. Perfect for someone that loves to bake and cook.

The master bathroom needs a window in the main bathroom area like above the bench. I wish they had brought the kitchen/living room wall farther out as far as the end of the kitchen island and on the additional space in the kitchen built a step in Pantry.

Very nice mobile home plus I would put storage at upstair but one problem is no bakery room so I have to use room for bakery stuff.. Unfortunately I pass this mobile home to someone else..🙂👍🏻

It can be if you finish out the floor right. Bedroom on each end or a bedroom on one end and a game room on the other. Have an en-suite and a half bath. The dormer in the game room can be set up as a homework space.

Very beautiful home, my only complaint is that the kitchen cabinets should go all the way to the ceiling, having that 3-4 inch gap with the trim just creates a dust catcher, otherwise the rest is great.

Hello Chance. Not a bad place and a pretty good video too. I watched all of the tour, but I didn't really have to. There's NO PLACE FOR GRANDMA'S CHINA CABINET!! And that's a DEAL BREAKER for me!
