Sure, you can argue that your have the "freedom" to do anything. But the freedom argument alone is a bit weak. We do not live in the film "The Purge" my young friends. We live in a society with many elements and we are interdependent on this society. One person's freedom (for example the right to smoke cigarettes wherever you want) IS another person's cancer or death. So to get philisophical a bit...at what point your "freedom" infringes on "my freedom"? This is why we should have good sane government....heck the country of Norway even hires philosophers to help balance these questions out.
