i had to wait 3 hour for my visa at Airport. There were no system for anything and a long line of people , who wanted Visa for visit. that was horrible after 17 hour of Flight. i hope it will be little bit easier in future.

Luna; if you are travelling overseas, it is your responsibility to ensure that you get visa on time THAT is why there is Embassy or Consulate Generals office in pretty much all the countries. To do so, if you had done a research beforehand then you wouldn't have been on line for such long time. You see the culture in your country and Nepal is far lot different and way it works is not same as well.

Hey Dean.....is this filmed recently. It seems so quiet!!!! When we arrived it was chaos in the arrivals hall. We had to sit on the floor to fill out our forms then join a queue literally almost out the door!!!!

Great information since all countries are different on how to obtain visas etc. I do have a question though that was not addressed in the video. If for example you are flying into Nepal staying for a few days and then fly to Bhutan for a couple days and then back to Nepal. The form does it ask if you are needing a multiple entry visa or when you are paying is that when you bring it up?

We just got back from EBC trek. As you stated the kiosk did not work. I had photos and had printed the Visa forms at home from their online site and filled them out just to have the information ready. I ended up using them without any problem. The immigrations officer did not even look at the information. My computer would not let me apply for a Visa online because the site was unsafe.

Yes, the normal 2" x 2" passport photo size will do just fine!

We've never had a bag delayed for more than 24 hours... so compensation has never been a question. I'm sure if your bag was delayed for more than 24 hours, they would do something to rectify the situation and compensate you. But we also recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance which would also cover any lost items while traveling. Hope this helps!

I wouldn't count on it. They may have change, but it is hard to say for sure. Just to make things easier on yourself, we recommend just bringing exact change ($40).

Only tourist should fill the forms,at past nepalese citizens also had to fill up the form that takes alot of time but now nepalese can pass easily without filling the form thats quiet good news for us only..😂

It looks like this will work. But you still need to bring the info in and process it at the airport. The website says: "If you fill it from the website, you will get submission Receipt with barcode, please print it out and bring it along for acquiring visa. It works for fifteen days and becomes invalid then after. If so, you will have to fill it up again."
