thirld world cause workers are not paid enough. with bustling area like most workers paid 3 dollars an hour. many still are paid half than that

inter connected cause belowof One Ayaala is a transport hub. From Mrt to buses and taxid all are there easy to ride

manila has the best shopping malls and food choices hands down. i would put japan, thailand, singapore and seoul up there with manila when it comes to food choices but when it comes to massive malls manila is number 1. all the american and european expats i know said they would move permanently in manila as long as their salaries will remain in Dollars or Euros because with the exchange rate to philippine pesos they live better lifestyles over their friends in the states and in europe

governmwnt is very aggressive on getting the pie on expats. thailand is way congested. Philippines will offer better its just way too slow on infrastructure but we are getting there
