There's been a lot on the go behind the scenes lately, between learning how to walk again, a toddler and a teething baby.. I've been busy to say the least. I've only been able to edit here and there so it's been tough to get this vid finished but I'm so glad to finally have it done for you!

Hey man great video! I’m at the 5 month mark after a full rupture of my Achilles tendon. Obviously a different injury but Some very similar physio exercises and learning to walk again. Stairs are the worst for sure. Having a great physiotherapist saved me too. Shoutout to Jordan from UPEI Reactive Health. Keep up the great work!
