Ross Lewis is an Irish Michelin star chef and proprietor of restaurant Chapter One. In this episode he takes to the urban Tracks and Trails, which meander along the coastal line of South Dublin.
On the second leg of his journey, Ross meets local historian Niall Burke-Kennedy. Ross and Niall walk through Sorrento Park and finally Ross climbs up to The Obelisk on Killiney Hill, where he takes in the magnificent sea views. Along this well-known urban coastal route, Ross has met fascinating people, visited wonderful places to eat and discovered interesting local history and seen stunning views of South County Dublin.
