I’m glad someone took it upon himself to show the other side of California, the good side, not just the ugly sickening topic of the homeless with the tents and the cardboard boxes. This is nice. Thank you, I was beginning to think there are no nice places in California. Looking for more.

Santa Barbara is probably the city where more professionals live! Our waitress, baristas, dog walkers, uber and lift drivers, pole dancers, sugar babies, etc are SBCC or UCSB grads!! Please make a video like this in Isla Vista (just 10 minutes drive from SB Downtown) so people can see where and how all the druggies and drunks in Santa Barbara live. Do it on Friday or Saturday night!

I'm sorry to hear that Karen. 💔 I hope you've found some solace and peace. I don't know how spiritual you are, but I know no one is truly gone forever. Eventually we all meet up again. This is not just a statement of blind faith. I've come to know this a universal truth for us all. My knowledge in this is as real as is my belief in science. Science is just a little behind in catching up with matters faith has delved in for millennia. Until then take care of yourself and those around you. Much empathy and love here.

I used to live in SB. I can't say I miss it, but it's hard to say what I didn't like about it. It was like living in a theme park, where the theme is 'IT'S NICE HERE'. I realise I'm in the minority.
@RisitasPolonais73355 жыл бұрын
It looks like spanish city
@stevenbailey53365 жыл бұрын
It was founded around the late 1600s by the Spanish and has kept that "theme". I grew up in that City. At 14:06 in the video, the camera pans to the left look down De La Guerra St. There is a place labeled De La Guerra house (if you follow on street view on google maps). That area is in the general spot of the Presidio for the City that dates back to the late 1600s if I remember correctly (maybe early 1700s).
@soyunik79795 жыл бұрын
Born n raised here...for the most part downtown is fully Spanish architecture
@13ivanogre135 жыл бұрын
I'm only 11 minutes in but I see no homeless people, no junkies taking bicycles apart, no lunatics spinning around in circles. Where are they? Santa Barbara can't NOT have that problem. This is CA after all. I even saw a sign along the road that had a hand pointing and it said "Restrooms" on it! What gives?
