Walking in Gandia, October 2021, 'Fira i Festes' holiday (Winter in Spain)

The patron saint festivities 'Fira i Festes' of Gandia take place from the 1st of October to the 4th of October, it is a celebration in honor of Saint Francesc de Borja, a nobleman of the city who was canonized in 1617 by Pope Clement X.
During the holidays the town is crowded and lively. There are sales of handicrafts, concerts, plays, etc.
On the other side of the Serpis river bridge, the fair is mounted with many more attractions for the young and old. All over the city, there are restaurants and bars open offering delicious food.
