Great video showing the Quayside Market! It's a fantastic spot with lots of local vendors and unique finds. I recently did a walk-through. It’s amazing!

Still a lot of tat down there then. I remember it during the 70's and 80's, you could pretty much kit yourself out with a new set of clothes, and buy just about anything for the home, bedding, pillows, curtains, framed art works etc. And there was always stalls selling different foods, cheeses etc. Not as many street food vendors mind, but street food wasn't really a thing back then. But there was always burger vans and chippy vans and places to buy coffee tea and what not. Yep, it ain't what it used to be.

I don't know why....but I think that the 70's and 80's marked the history of this planet. Life was different... everything was different for the better. The same was the music of that time ☺️ but in reality I was very comfortable with that tour, I loved seeing so many people and the atmosphere, nowadays there are places that you cannot walk because they steal from you. The United Kingdom is still beautiful and must be valued. I invite you to follow me, subscribe and give me a like, wait for my next video, I already recorded it, I need to edit it, possibly I will go out this Friday or Saturday, it is from a very beautiful beach in Scotland called Portobello. Thank you for your valuable comment. God bless you 💫💜

I lived in Garth Heads as a student in the early 90s - the Sunday market was a must. I think about half of my record collection came from there!

Bring more stalls back like the Good old Days.

The more stalls, more entertaining and fun the Sunday ride is. For now I am delighted with Newcastle. Let's hope so 👍
